Подскажите как вывести на сайте в блоке новости например с yandex.ru. Там есть такой сервис, вроде. На некотрых сайтах я видел.

Точно не знаю, но ИМХО нужно писать обработчик RSS. Ведь яндекс отдает новости в XML формате.
