Народ как решить проблему скорости вращения кулера в WinXP sp1? Там какие-то встроенные прибомбасы, типа скорость вращения уменьшает когда проц не загружен.
Уменьшает он её нормально, а вот когда надо она почемуто не востанавливается и проц сильно тогда греется.
