У меня в папке с форумом лежит файлик page_common.php
при его запуске появляется страничка с 2 утилитами и вот что на ней написано:

И тулзы эти работают.
Мне вот интересно, это стандартная штука для дистрибутивов, либо чьи-то шутки
если стандартная - то к чему она там.
это тебе кто-то шелл залил в папку.
